WorkMAP
How can WorkMAP coaching help?
WorkMAP is a targeted LifeMAP program designed to help Autistic and similarly Neurodivergent adults and older teens reach their employment goals. WorkMAP can help individuals at any stage of their employment journey.
Clients are matched with coaches who have expertise in autism and career development. Coaches work with clients to identify strengths and support needs to develop and pursue realistic, measurable goals. Some common goals are:
- Identify suitable employment opportunities
- Succeed in the workplace
- Recognize barriers that may need accommodations
- Learn to network
- Create a job-search routine
- Improve interviewing skills
LifeMAP coaching is available online and in person in Massachusetts and other select locations in the United States.

“My coach made sure I stayed on track and focused on a field that suits my skills and interests. Within a few sessions, we had a plan for finding a job. At each step, she was helpful and supportive. I’m in an immensely better place now than when I started!”
