How can LifeMAP for Over 50 coaching help?

LifeMAP for Over 50 is a targeted LifeMAP program that can help older Autistic and similarly Neurodivergent individuals reach their goals.

Because the understanding of autism is relatively new, most individuals in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and older lived much of their lives not knowing they were Autistic, misdiagnosed, or without the support they needed. Coaches can assist with improving quality of life and with the challenges of aging. Some common goals are:

  • Develop self-understanding
  • Strengthen social connections
  • Prepare for retirement
  • Access public benefits
  • Find ways to stay active

LifeMAP coaching is available online and in person in Massachusetts and other select locations in the United States.
