How can InterviewPREP coaching help?
InterviewPREP is a 10-session targeted LifeMAP coaching program to help Autistic and similarly Neurodivergent individuals practice and improve interviewing skills to reach their employment goals.
The client participates in low-pressure practice interviews with business professionals who provide structured feedback. Between interviews, clients work with their coach on areas of improvement for the next interview. Some goals are:
- Increase confidence for real-world interviews
- Reduce anxiety
- Build knowledge of the interview process
- Practice phone and email etiquette
- Build job interview skills
- Understand nonverbal communication
LifeMAP coaching is available online and in person in Massachusetts and other select locations in the United States.

Free Info Session or Call
LifeMAP virtual info sessions provide an overview of the LifeMAP coaching program, coaching process, steps to apply, and time to ask staff questions. Registration is required and space is limited.
LifeMAP informational call is a scheduled 30-minute appointment to have your questions answered.
