Client engagement is crucial for making progress, so what do we do when a client treats our efforts like a spam call?
Building a connection can be challenging – conversations fall flat, clients appear bored or uninterested, and sometimes it seems like they’d rather be dancing barefoot on Lego pieces than be in the session. So, how do we navigate these obstacles?
In this workshop, we’ll explore strategies to manage these tricky situations and to maintain strong working relationships. We’ll also tackle those moments of doubt when we wonder if we’re truly making a difference for our clients. We’ll discuss common challenges, ways to prioritize their involvement, and methods of fostering a positive, supportive environment while maintaining boundaries.
Speaker
Rachel Ward-Sullivan, M.S., is the LifeMAP Coach Support and Utilization Specialist and has served as a LifeMAP coach since 2017. With a deep understanding of coaching strategies and tools, Rachel is passionate about collaborating with clients to discover effective strategies tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles. Time management, especially in short-term planning and structuring daily routines, is one of her areas of specialty. Beyond her professional pursuits, Rachel’s love for learning extends to her personal life, and she has a penchant for embracing quirky and humorous moments.
