Description

The holiday season can be a fun time of year. It can also be very stressful. For some clients, changes in routine, the pressure for added social interactions and the surprise of unexpected situations can cause a great deal of stress and overwhelm. This workshop will dive into the varying stressors that may exist for our clients and offer ways to help manage this stress. We will consider ways to not only manage stress and overwhelm during the holiday season but also ways to actually enjoy this time of year.

Speaker

Heather Rochette has been a LifeMAP Coach since 2012. She has worked with a wide variety of clients during that time. Heather has a BS from Rutgers University with a background and strong interest in health, wellness and mindful living. This ties in nicely with today’s topic of cultivating ways to decrease overwhelming and stressful feelings that the holiday season may incur.
