Emotional Regulation
 
 

Everyone has stressful times when maintaining emotional balance and calm becomes challenging. Autistic individuals can experience overwhelm from a variety of stressors like sensory overload, disrupted routines, and exhaustion from masking–consciously or subconsciously hiding Autistic traits. This month, we are sharing personal stories and important information about how to think about, manage, and support emotional regulation.
