The purpose of this study is to understand how individuals develop candidate impressions during interviews. Participants will take an attitude questionnaire, watch an interview video, and answer questions about their impressions of the candidate, and make workplace decisions. Participation will take approximately 15–20 minutes. There are no anticipated risks beyond those encountered in daily life. Your responses will contribute to research on how people evaluate interview candidates in light of workplace policies and attitudes.
