When an Autistic individual feels they no longer have to pretend to be neurotypical, it can improve how they manage their energy and provide more choices for how they live and socialize. Executive Director, Brenda Dater explores the impact of unmasking and how her Autistic daughter honors her true self while also being mindful of her relationships with others.
