Description

Since 2008, LifeMAP has been transforming the lives of adults with autism through personalized coaching that turns challenges into opportunities and aspirations into achievements. In this session, participants will discover how to design powerful, client-centered coaching goals that truly make a difference. Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience and over 3,000 clients served, you’ll gain practical strategies for understanding each client’s starting point, uncovering their aspirations, and translating them into clear, actionable, and impactful goals that drive real progress.

Speaker

Nataliya Poto, MA, is Director of LifeMAP Coaching Programs and Director of the Autism Professional Coaching Association (APCA) at the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE). Previously, she taught Psychology at UMass Lowell and conducted applied research on employment and music interventions for youth with autism.
