Description

There is so much to consider when embarking on a wellness or fitness journey and deciding to implement a plan. Do I need specific clothing? Do I need particular equipment? Is doing cardio enough? Should I strength train, too? Where do I even begin? This workshop will answer these questions and more. We’ll break down these components into small parts and discuss each of them in order to equip our clients with the tools they will need to successfully get started on their own fitness journeys. Whether your client is brand new to fitness or has more experience, this workshop will offer instruction, guidance and resources to help your clients improve their health and get moving!
