Description

As a follow-up to our Intro to Autism Workshop, this 90-minute workshop will go through practical ways Autistic adults can find the support that they need. We will discuss how to determine what you need, and then some practical ideas on how to meet those needs. This will include possible service providers and how to find them, as well as some hacks and strategies that might work for you.

Note that this is different from our benefits conference, which gives comprehensive information on how to get services covered by state benefits. This webinar is also open to parents, caregivers, and loved ones of Autistic adults

Audience

AANE Adult Support Groups, Social Groups, and events are intended for post-high school adults on the spectrum who are able to self-regulate AND independently participate in activities without the assistance of a dedicated caregiver.

Registration

Advanced registration is required. After you have registered, a confirmation email is sent with a link to attend the program. Early registration is highly recommended as many programs fill quickly.
