Research Study Description

The purpose of this research is to assess performances of cognitive processes in different groups of people. Eligibility includes: must identify as a person on the autism spectrum (professionally or self-identified), must not be diagnosed with any form of cognitive impairment, impairments of visual acuity or visual discrimination and must be at least 18 years old. Participation will include 2 visits to Nazareth’s psychology research rooms (in Rochester, NY) the second visit will be a month after the first visit. This will be around 15-25 minutes for each visit. The visits will involve taking a task measuring cognitive flexibility and completing a short questionnaire.
