Research Study Description

Research participants needed for a study on autism in work teams.

I am looking for research participants to take part in a survey that examines the experiences of autistic workers in team settings. Participants will be required to complete a 48-item survey as a subject matter expert on autism in work teams (approx. 30 minutes).

Eligible participants will meet the following criteria:
• Autistic identity (diagnosed by a medical professional OR self-identified)
• Minimum 3 months of experience working in a team environment
• Teamwork experience can be in any discipline related to any of the following:
– Science
– Technology
– Engineering
– Arts
– Math

This study is being led by Dr. Thomas O’Neill from the University of Calgary’s Department of Psychology and study has been approved by the University of Calgary Conjoint Faculties
Research Ethics Board (REB23-0689).
