This MRI and behavioral study is designed to better understand what factors influence the processing of information and speaking, including variation from person to person, including autistic and nonautistic individuals.
The study session will last about 3.5 hours in total. You will spend about an hour in the MRI scanner. While in the scanner, you will be viewing pictorial stimuli, listening to sounds, and reading words. Outside of the scanner, you will be asked to complete a series of tasks and puzzles. You will be compensated $30/hour for the scanning portion and $20/hour for the behavioral task portion.
