Research Study Description

The APPEAR lab is inviting individuals to participate in a study exploring social media use and body image/eating as it relates to the autism experience. To be eligible for the study, participants must: 1) identify as autistic (no formal diagnosis required), 2) Be assigned female at birth, 3) identify as either female or outside of the gender binary, and 4) be between the ages of 18-25. The survey should take approximately 25 minutes. Upon completion of the survey, participants may provide their emails if they wish to be entered into a raffle for $75.
