Do you have an autistic child (age 6-14) and a dog?
My name is Kristin Tatelman. I am a pediatric occupational therapist and a PhD candidate at Towson University in the field of occupational science. I am writing my dissertation on the activities that autistic children do with their dogs and the children’s sensory experiences.
I am looking for parents of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ages 6-14 who have at least one dog living in their home (can be a pet dog or service/autism assistance dog) to participate in my research study.
The study will consist of an online questionnaire filled out by the parent. It takes about 30 minutes to complete. Participants can enter to win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards!
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected].
Thank you so much, and please share with your networks and anyone you think may be interested in participating!
